Hey everyone ... This is my quick, low calorie, yummy lunchtime meal that I love!
I use Cruskits with corn because I find them tastier but you can use any of the Cruskit range. On the crackers I spread Cottage Cheese, I place some leg ham and I slice tomato on top, don't forget salt and pepper to taste. There are many other toppings you can use like Vegemite and cheese or avocado spread and prawn, the possibilities are endless just use your imagination.
