We have taken the Bouzoukia into the swimming pool & created our own mix of OPACIZE & water aerobics which we call AQUACIZE
Melbourne launched their first AQUACIZE class by Tina & it was so much fun.
We will run more of these classes on a regular schedule when Covid restrictions ease - until then we will have several pop up AQUACIZE classes
